These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text message programs operated by BiteHeist Inc ("BiteHeist," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to any BiteHeist SMS program, you agree to these terms.
BiteHeist operates two distinct SMS programs:

You will only receive SMS messages after providing express consent — for example, by submitting your phone number through a form, checking an opt-in box, or texting a keyword. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
